Asphalt overlay project we completed this week for a local Sunshine Coast community. We were able to meet tight timeframes, keep in budget, manage safety and access for occupents and achieve an outstanding result for the client. New asphalt driveway/ carpark we completed for a local ambulance station on the Sunshine Coast. Due to the limited falls and transition points we opted to pull up the existing pavement, re trim and correct the base before laying another 45mm layer of asphalt with new linemarking to finish. Being an emergency service we understood the need for minimal distruption and were able to complete the preperation and asphalt works in one day.

Finally a break from the rain and we were able to get into a couple of jobs this week. Photos are of a local lifestyle community in Maroochydore that we milled and resurfaced road areas that were in poor condition and a driveway/carpark area for a tiny home that we excavated, prepared the base, installled a 150mm drain and asphalted. Well done to the team who put in large hours to complete and make the most out of the clear weather.

New asphalt entry for a local Sunshine Coast council headquarters. We were given very tight tollerences on this one and we can say proudly our team were able to deliver in every possible way. Apart from the asphalt component we also assisted in the final preperation, levels, concrete and linemarking to achieve the results exceeding expectations. #Collaborative approach.
